What if I can’t attend a live session?
All live sessions are recorded and made available in the portal. You’ll still be able to access the content, reflect on key insights, and apply the frameworks. In addition, live Q&A sessions provide opportunities to bring your questions and stay fully supported.
What is the time commitment?
The program is designed to fit alongside a full-time role.
- One live session per month (2 hours)

Most of the value comes from applying what you learn directly in your day-to-day leadership.
Can my organization reimburse this program?

Is this program relevant for individual contributors?
