Frequently asked questions

Can I engage N-BAC for executive coaching directly, or does my organization need to sponsor it?

Both. Leaders can engage N-BAC directly for individual executive coaching, and organizations can sponsor coaching for individual leaders, leadership teams, or cohorts.

Who is executive coaching for?

Our coaching supports executives, senior leaders, managers, and high-potential leaders who want to strengthen their effectiveness, navigate complex challenges, prepare for greater responsibility, or accelerate their development.

How is the right coach selected?

We consider the leader’s goals, role, organizational context, and coaching needs to identify the right coaching fit. All N-BAC coaches are ICF-credentialed, bringing professional coaching standards and experience to each engagement.

Are leadership assessments required?

No. Assessments can provide valuable insight and help focus development, but they are not required for every coaching engagement. When appropriate, we can integrate Hogan, 360-degree feedback, emotional intelligence, DISC, or other leadership assessments into the coaching process.

Is executive coaching confidential?

Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential. When an organization sponsors coaching, we can align with the organization and leader around development goals and progress while maintaining the confidentiality of individual coaching conversations.

How long does an executive coaching engagement last?

The length and structure depend on the leader’s goals and the organization’s needs. We offer focused individual engagements as well as coaching integrated into broader leadership development initiatives.

What does the sponsoring organization receive?

For organization-sponsored engagements, we work with you to establish clear development goals and expectations at the outset. While individual coaching conversations remain confidential, N-BAC can provide agreed-upon progress updates, engagement reporting, and high-level themes or recommendations to help support continued leadership development.

What our clients say

Nejat delivered a Communication & Emotional Intelligence session for our Women in Medicine (WIM) Leadership Fellowship cohort. Her expertise and engaging delivery resonated with fellows, mentors, and the Operation Smile team. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive—an inspiring launch to the cohort

Theresa Ekinci
Operations Smile

Nejat facilitated leadership sessions for our team that brought together colleagues across multiple business lines and leadership levels—and that was huge for us. Both the EQ session and the leadership/collaboration session were impactful in different ways, giving us the chance to better appreciate each other’s viewpoints. The DISC assessment highlighted each individual’s strengths, work style tendencies, and motivations, and provided insights we could immediately apply. The communication plans within the collaboration report were particularly useful in strengthening day-to-day interactions with our teams. The sessions not only built awareness but also gave us practical tools we continue to use.

We recruited Nejat to present Self-Leadership—The Path to Leadership. She did a fantastic and extremely well-received presentation. She delivered a power-packed and very engaging talk that had every participant on the edge of their seat. She was expert, personable and took the time to build a deep understanding of what our audience needed. She delivered. Every organization seeking a better understanding of the leadership development process and a consultant/trainer to help navigate that path should look no further than N-BAC. I could not recommend her more heartily.

Nejat led a session on Managing-Up at our Women With Vision Mastermind. The insights she shared on influence vs impression really hit home with me. Being a strong leader has to go further than leaving a good impression – we have to think about the influence we make and the lasting imprint that we as leaders have the ability to make. I had never deeply researched the topic “managing up” and wow the session was definitely eye opening.

The Art of Managing Up Private Masterclass was one of the best training sessions that I have had all year! The level of interaction was great and really helped to facilitate the learning. It was also a smaller group so it was nice to be able to interact and engage with everyone.
