An international speaker, Nejat delivers talks and workshops on Managing Up, Emotional Intelligence (EI), and Leading in the Age of AI.

She is the author of The Art of Managing Up, an ICF-credentialed executive coach, and certified in DISC and Emotional Intelligence assessments. Her work blends research-based frameworks with hands-on practice so leaders can apply the tools the next day.
