1) Scope
This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit n-bac.com, interact with our content, download resources, join the N-BAC Academy, attend events, or communicate with us.
2) Information we collect
You provide: name, work email, phone, job title/role, organization, country/region, form responses (e.g., project goals, budgets, event details), support messages, testimonials, course and community inputs.
Automatic: device/usage data (IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location), cookies and similar technologies.
From third parties: event hosts, referral partners, social platforms, publicly available business profiles.
Payments: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
3) How we use information
Provide and improve services, sites, courses, coaching, member areas.
Communicate: confirmations, service notices, newsletters, event and product updates.
Run promotions, surveys, webinars, lead magnets, and campaigns.
Personalize content and measure site performance (analytics/pixels).
Safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and recordkeeping.
4) Legal bases (if applicable outside the U.S.)
Legitimate interests, consent (where required), contract performance, legal obligations.
5) Disclosure of information
We share personal information with:
Service providers/“processors” under contract: website/CRM & email automation (GoHighLevel), payments (Stripe), analytics (Google Analytics), meeting & video (Zoom), file storage and office tools (Google Workspace), advertising platforms and pixels (e.g., Google/LinkedIn).
Event partners/hosts when you register for their event or we deliver on their behalf.
Legal/safety: to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal data as defined by the VCDPA and do not process personal data for targeted advertising that creates legal or similarly significant effects.
6) Cookies, analytics & ads
We use cookies and similar technologies for site performance, analytics, and (if enabled) remarketing. You can manage cookies in your browser and via our cookie banner (where shown). See platform opt-outs (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for ad preferences.
7) Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above—typically up to 36 months after your last interaction—unless a longer period is required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) Children
Our services and sites are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10) Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your data and to object/limit certain processing. We will honor applicable rights requests.
Virginia (VCDPA) rights
If you are a Virginia resident, you may request:
(a) confirmation & access, (b) correction, (c) deletion, (d) portability of data you provided, and (e) to opt out of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) sale of personal data, and (iii) certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

How to exercise your rights
Email [email protected] (include your name, contact info, and request type). We may need to verify your identity. You may authorize an agent to submit a request with valid documentation.
11) Email/SMS marketing
By providing your email or mobile number, you may receive updates and promotions. Email: click “unsubscribe” in any message.
SMS: Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message & data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
12) International transfers
If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) for transfers.
